Use to install and tighten the band-it and strap style clamp on CV joint boots, power steering rack and

Pinion steering gear boots

Bands are installed into the tool and tightened by turning the tool handle

Use a 1/2" socket/wrench or by hand to wind the band until sufficient tension is applied

When boot clamp has been tightened to specs, the built in cutter cuts the band by flipping tool lever (at the front of the tool) forward

Easy to remove the tool by sliding sideways after the band is tightened
